Unhinged Rock at its best! There's no question when you hear these guys kicking up this awful racket and Iggy talking about how he's loose and he wants to stick it deep inside that they're looking for trouble and you'd better keep your wives, sisters, daughters and maybe even mothers and grandmothers away from them. Like the best Rock/Punk/Metal always has and will, Fun House has an element of danger and authenticity about it that makes it so goddamn awesome.

R.I.P. Scott Asheton, one of the most overlooked drummers in rock history... This has to be the best sounding Stooges album out of their whole catalog. What a set of tunes - 'Loose', 'Down on the Street', 'Dirt', 'T.V. Eye', 'Funhouse', '1970', 'L.A. Blues'. Every time I put the needle down on this, I've got to turn the volume up, and feel it rattle my bones.

Er, this song is possibly my favourite from this album, which I adore. Possibly all time favourite "Open Up And Bleed" (performed live, back in the early 70s...actually THERE, back in time...) No, definetely the best-and back-picking a Stooge experience, well that takes some serious brain-bursting shivers. Beautiful Chaos long before Furs...What an...??? Sonic aural Ineffable (Dirty) LURVE the Stooges. X
