Biography
The Summer War are an Indie/Alternative rock band hailing from Manchester, UK. A brief listen to their past releases would place them safely within the confines of pop-punk, but their new EP 'Keep Up, We're Moving On' marks a statement of intent both musically and personally.
Taking influence from bands such as Brand New, The Dangerous Summer, The National and The Honorary Title. The Summer War are aiming to push outside of the boundaries that seem to have become the norm within the UK rock scene at the moment.
