Biography
The Tapeheads were formed in 1996 by Dj Tat and Tony Stone as an outlet for their more beat based excursions whilst they were in Bio Static Systems. An old school legend of his time Dj Tat had been a breaker with Phase 4 and in house steel wheeler and had amassed a giant collection of music. Stone had come from London fresh from Meat Machine and was looking to take his sampler and analog synth skills in a new direction.
