The Tradesmen are a 6-piece Punk Band from Erie, PA. Blending the sounds of Streetpunk and Celtic into working class anthems, they released their debut album The Barstool Battle Cry in the summer of 2008.

There's another band called The Tradesmen, from New Haven, CT, USA. The five-piece is fronted by singer/songwriter/guitarist Dan Greene from The Butterflies of Love and The Mountain Movers. The Tradesmen's songs are about jobs: the Electric Electrician, the State Park Ranger, the Butcher's Assistant, the Mason For Hire, the Helicopter Pilot, the Naturalist Buries the Birds, the Graveyard Shift on the Garden State, the Novelist Dreams of Success, the Second Shift Janitor Unknown, the Recreation Therapist. . .
