Foxfires
The Tragically Hip are singlehandedly the most influential band in my life, in the past 15 years. My hubby and I live in Washington State, USA - and are PROUD Hip fans. We had the pleasure of seeing them two years ago in a tiny gig in Portland, Oregon. Maybe 300 people there.... INTENSE. FABULOUS. You can tell they love coming down here and playing these gigs. We've seen them twice in arena tours in Canada... which rocked, but nothing compares to stealing a glimpse of them in such a small, smokey 'bar' type atmosphere. Bought a signed CD for 10.00 - and nabbed the handwritten playlist from the stage. One of the best nights of my life.

This song is absolutely fantastic. I do wish the Tragically Hip had reached mainstream popularity outside of Canada, as they are brilliant.
