THE TRASHING DAYS sind eine Dreimann-Indie-Band aus dem Regensburger Norden. Obwohl die Band nach einem Song von "The Notwist", einer der gemeinsamen Lieblingsbands der Mitglieder, benannt ist, orientieren sie sich musikalisch eher in Richtung von Bands wie "The Weakerthans".
