Biography

The Umbrella Puzzles is a music project by Ryan Marquez (Apple Orchard, Golden Teardrops) based in Richmond, CA. Drawing inspiration from records made by Gerry Love, Grant McLennan, Pete Astor and Dean Wareham, The Umbrella Puzzles' songs drift between lo-fi and jangle pop whilst singing about dreams, realities and frailties.
