Biography
A Sydney based indie three-piece, The Waysiders, have a sound that has been compared to Sonic Youth and The Velvet Underground. A distinct mix of 1980’s garage drone and melancholic pop, the band’s sound combines a grinding rhythm section with the angst of contorted ethereal guitars, drenched in a drearily happy undertone.
