The White Room was an Alternative band from Geelong, Victoria, Australia. Originally named Plunja, they were formed in Melbourne, Victoria by brother and sister Marc Collis (lead vocalist/guitarist) and Steph Collis (drums/backing vocalist). When they were still children they encouraged their friend Ben Jarvis to learn the guitar so he could join them. In 1998 the three teenagers decided to expand their band by adding a bass guitar player, eventually deciding on Barry Brauer.

In 2006 they released their debut album, White Room Music. Soon after in 2007 they split up.
