Theatre Of Delays (T.O.D.) was started in 2011 and quickly became known for remixing artists like The XX, Boys Noize, Daft Punk and Red Hot Chili Peppers. In 2013 the Originals Shine and Black Ballet became very successful through Hypem (3 times No. 1) and many blogs. The story continued with official remixes and releases on Gomma, Recordmakers, Bad Panda and Night Noise. In 2016, T.O.D. expanded his musical palette towards ambient and experimental songs and released the first ambient album in 2017.
