Biography
This Time It's War was a metal band from Richmond, Virginia, formed in 2004. The band quickly gained traction in the local scene, and by 2005 they were regularly performing across Virginia and the surrounding region, building a loyal following through relentless live shows and tours alongside bands such as Love In The Time of Cholera, August Burns Red, and Scarlet. With a growing reputation and sharpened sound, the band recorded several early demos at Planet Red Studios, featuring tracks like “Riddles” and “The Lord of the Flies.” They continued to expand their reach with a nationwide tour in 2007 and shared stages with acts like Periphery, Misery Signals, Municipal Waste, and Lamb of God. In 2010, they independently released their first full-length album, Terror Plots. The band split up in 2012.
