Tommy Heavenly⁶ is the correct name. Same goes for Tommy February⁶. I have a few of her singles and one of her albums, and every single mention of her stage name typed in the notes uses the superscript. "Tommy Heavenly6" and "Tommy Heavenly 6" are both used stylistically on a few covers and for convenience. Japanese websites aren't well-known for their attention to detail, so using them as a gauge as to what the name of something is -- especially when the name of something is in English -- is folly.

I trust in musicbrainz completely just the same as I trust in wikipedia. Just because it's open for people to edit doesn't mean the information they provide is incorrect. Musicbrainz tagged my music with this which IS the proper name. Suggested correction from the Tommy heavenly6 page.

musicbrainz is edited by anyone that registers and only requires 3 votes to "win" a change. not trustable at all. people there argue with my proven corrections saying things like "the official site is wrong" and such. it's BS that last.fm puts so much faith in such a site. last.fm should just stick to what 99% of the albums and pvs say. the official site's are usually correct but it seems they got lazy on tommy's and didn't wanna bother searching how to superscript lol. either way, this is the correct page

Guess what! Last.fm auto corrects the right spellet artist name to the other, misspelled one :S

That is correct, the 6 should be superscripted. Is it possible to merge that other tommy Heavenly profile to this one since that's the faulty one?

This is not sleeve design. In anime opening and ending sequences, they always display the song information: Title, artist, lyricist, composer, and arranger. In all anime, the 6 is superscripted. It was meant to be written Tommy heavenly⁶, not Tommy heavenly6. MusicBrainz is correct in this case (there are many cases where they aren't, or rather weren't)

This is not mistagged. To my knowledge, Last.fm recommends using musicbrainz as your source for correct tags. The musicbrainz page for this artist uses the superscript 6 http://musicbrainz.org/artist/02b99ce4-adae-474b-bd30-37a00e0af272.html If you feel this is in error, please take the issue up on the musicbrainz site.

it's not to the power of 6 no matter if it's written smaller on the records. that's called sleeve design. this is mistagged.
