1. Treva Spontaine initially performed New Wave music in the southeast after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She performed as Treva Spontaine and as Treva Spontaine and the Graphic (sometimes Grafic). Much later Treva performed folk music as just Treva.
2. Treva is a Swedish folk music trio that was formed during the folk music event Bingsjöstämman in July 2009. They enjoy experimenting with old and new folk music tunes, but also to mix folk music with other genres.
