Tristan Mackay is a singer/songwriter/guitarist who cut his teeth on the streets, busking his unique mix of guitar and vocal looping all over the UK.

As a songwriter, he independently released two EP’s . The first, ‘Tales from a Bedroom Orchestra’, is a collection of six acoustic songs including ‘The wine and me’ which was used on the first series of the C4 show ‘Skins’. His second EP ‘Live from the lounge’ is a spoof interview and gig for BBC Radio One’s live lounge, made using edits of real shows mixed in with false responses.

Having been showcased on BBC Radio 2, Tristan is currently recording his debut album with Grammy award winning producer Martin Levan (John Martyn, Andrew Lloyd Webber). The Album is due out in Spring this year.
