Biography
Twisted Legacy is a Death Metal/ Metalcore band featuring Pat Hughes (Lead Guitar), Danny Laverty (Drums), Matt Verdine (Vocals), Peter Oliver (Rhythm Guitar), and Jeff Hendrick (Bass).
Twisted Legacy blends the finer points of metalcore harmonies with the sheer brutality of death metal and deathcore breakdowns, much in the style of Suicide Silence. The sheer prowess and skill that these young musicians have on their respective instruments is a true testament to the skill that they possess.
The band has been writing music together since mid 2008. They have since retired their previous songs and style, to write heavier and more technical music. Twisted Legacy has 40+ shows under their belt in the last couple of years and is heading into 2011 with the experience that every young band needs to succeed. They are currently planning to tour with the hopes of moving from local favorite to being a staple of the New England metal scene. With a rabid local fan base Twisted Legacy is quickly moving up the ranks of local bands to find success.
