The track came out of the, circa 1995, pre-production sessions with Nellee Hooper; although because Hooper left the sessions because of a prior commitment to the Romeo + Juliet soundtrack before the album sessions properly started (he is only given a mention in the thanks section in the liner booklet of the album), production of the track was primarily done by Marius de Vries.
