The various original bootlegs of what was to be the original band's second album -- now obtainable-- are gems, however. Still, as a long-time prog aficionado, I wish this lineup had lasted for several years longer. Who knows what it could've created. Imagine a 20+ minute composition (such as "Close to the Edge") by this foursome!

The first album U. K. is a prog lover's "must own". 2nd lp Danger Money has it's moments (Rendezvous 6.02 and Danger Money tracks esp.) Live album was a let down, dammit!

Truly one of the pinnacles of progressive rock.

Bruford is absolute monster on The Only Thing She Needs. The entire band's chemistry is great on both their self-titled and Danger Money, but Bill's masterful drumming is the real highlight for me.

How is there another rock group named UK without a copyright infringement? Does that mean I can start a rock band and call it The Yardbirds or Nirvana and be included on their pages and Wikis as well? I just want the band I'm looking for and not anything else on their page.

U.K. is the correct spelling and half of these songs listed are other groups from around the world. They seriously need to filter out the others. U.K. the supergroup from 1978 is the only one worth listening to. (IMO)

I suppose the correct way to write the band's name is to put dots after letters - U.K. Look at the debut album cover.
