UKW (UltraKurzWelle, means "very high frequency") German group founded in 1980 around the singer, composer and songwriter: Peter Hubert.
One of the most popular groups of NDW (new german wave). Disbanded in 1983.
The group consisted of:

* Peter Hubert (Vocals)
* Andreas Koch (Keyboard)
Andreas Schwarz-Ruszczynski later had a hit with "Holiday" with the group The Other Ones
Hubert later managed Sash!
