Biography
Velvet Caliber was a post-hardcore band from Chino Hills, California, United States. Active from 2003 to 2008 releasing a demo entitled Music.Listen.Damage.Repeat in 2005. The guys from the band went on to form The Dandelions.

"January 2003 it began. Using a blend of harmony, hardcore, and a little obscurely dark insanity, Velvet Caliber came to life. Tyler, Lance, Jon, Julius, Jerome, and Brian created a sound that infused not only bedlam to beauty, but also human to machine in a dance reminiscent of Mozart harmonized to a building implosion. Now, we can go on about how much energy and emotion is enlaced to our palette of chaotic receptions, but the point would be missed betwixt the repetitive discussion of such descriptions. Simply put, our biography is not built upon these solitary words, but our passionate design of symbiotic sound"
