Virginia López was a American Bolero singer singing in Spanish who was very popular in the 50s - 60s who released music on the famous Seeco Records. She probably from Puerto Rico as many artist on that label are of Latin decent, like Cuban, Argentinian, Mexican or Puerto Rican.
