Welby is an east coast Yankee transplanted to the west coast then sidetracked to Texas where the heat and atmosphere helped warp his sensibilities more than they were already.If Merzbow,Nurse With Wound,and Negativland were fused into one entity it might sound a little like Welby.
Circuit bent toys,soundbites,and pedals and effects are utilized in sculpting sounds that scrape the cobwebs from your innermost thoughts.
