This configuration released two albums in the mid-to-late 90s ("Celtic Dawn" and "What If A Day"). A lineup change happened around 2000 and one subsequent album was released ("First Frost"). Fiona Cuthill and Lawrence record as Fiona Cuthill & Stevie Lawrence and also were core members of Scottish folk/trad group Rallion.

2) Whirligig was an American folk band from New York active in the mid-to-late 1990s. Formed in 1994 around co-leaders Greg Anderson (vocals, bass, keyboards, cittern, bouzouki) and Lisa Gutkin (fiddle, vocals), with other members including Lisa Moscatiello (lead vocals, guitar, mandolin, whistles), Paul Kovit (guitar, mandolin), Klezmatics member Matt Darriau (flute, clarinet, saxophones, kaval, gaida, whistles), Northern Ireland native Cillian Vallely (uilleann pipes, whistles), and Frenchman Yves Duboin (saxophones, flute, percussion). The group released its debut CD, The Wheel, in 1996, and eventually began playing folk festivals throughout North America, including major ones like Newport and Philadelphia. Positive press followed, and Whirligig released its second album, Spin, in 2000, again with a large cast of even more supporting musicians.

4) Whirligig was an American industrial band from Wisconsin. Their sole release was the song "Dead-N-Gone" on the influential "There Is No Time" compilation.
