Biography
Based in Dublin (Ireland) White Cholera is a musical collective drawn from the worlds of theatre, industry, cabaret and hard gospel.
Formed in 2003, its founder members are Eanna Hickey and David Blake. They have a ten-year history of writing and performing music for theatre, television, film, weddings and funerals. Together, they weld shards of blues, ska, gospel and musicals into a striking vehicle for angry yet funny songs about the world we live in.
Influences would undoubtedly include the Toms: Zé, Waits and Lehrer, the Fisks: Robert, the Palasts: Greg and the kazoo.
Their music is both known and unknown.
