Biography
Whoa-B is a Chicago-based DJ who specializes in electronic music of British origin, namely dubstep and grime. A member of the Brüt Force Family, he has long been an advocate of all things UK garage. In addition to having played local venues such as Cafe Lura, Lava, Sonotheque, and Smartbar, he has headlined dubstep events in Dallas and Boston. He is a regular guest of Joystyxx Radio on WLUW 88.7 FM as well as The Dented Sessions on dubstep.fm. Whoa-B has become known for releasing quality mixes, most notably Welcome To Grimerock and B-Sides. His other claim to fame has been a series of videos including the somewhat-viral Dubstep Quickmix.
