Will E Tell, now here is a story about a young boy who was so driven by the need to play techno he ran away from home & threatened his mother he would never return, unless she bought him some decks. Now with decks & a basic mixer in his clutches there was no limits to what Will would try. He was destined to become Australia's greatest techno DJ & a cult hero to many ravers. In 1999 Will formed WET musik WET of course being the synonym for Will E Tell & soon after setting the WET juggernaut in motion he asked Simon Digby to come on board. The WET musik label lasted a good 7 years until the old school underground techno scene collapsed. Where is Will E Tell now? Last I heard from Will he was a corporate high flier with a tele support organization & based in India. He got married to an Indian girl & is a dad. Will in his day was a phenomenal DJ that used to make crowds scream with his razor sharp cuts & hyper energy tracks. Will would always play to the crowd & serve them up the hardest beats & most punishing tunes. Maybe one day Jason Midro will come out to play a base station reunion & Will E Tell will make a come back. Who knows…
