Biography

Woodbridge, founded in 2008, are best known for their dirty riffs, rough vocals and powerful live shows. The band’s handmade music, spiced with a good portion of vintage, brings fans back to the good times of Rock´n´Roll. The young Swiss band celebrates vintage rock at its best.

The guys from Rheineck, Switzerland tasted blood after playing their way through to the 2009 finals of the Rock Highway Contest in Zurich´s Volkshaus and wanted more. After the finals Singer Dominik Naef, lead guitarist Remo Cadalbert and drummer Pascal Kern continued to stun their fan base by playing the main stage at the Austrian Festival Scene Open Air in Lustenau and supporting bands such as Dead City Ruins (AUS), Lord Bishop Rocks (USA) and The Tarantinos (UK) creating an increasing reputation as unique and ass kicking live band.

In late 2010 into early 2011 Woodbridge went back to their roots supporting band Lord Bishop Rocks from New York touring Australia and the two bands rocked the clubs Down Under.

After returning to Switzerland, with the Aussie lifestyle in their bags, the guys started to record their debut album.

As they are now complete with their new bass player Roman Engler, they want to finally hit the roads of success! An England tour as support from Australian rockers Dead City Ruins fired up the band with new energy to finish the record and formed them to an inseparable unit.

Together with the will to be successful in a hard industry, the power to thrill crowds and their debut album, Woodbridge is going to set the world of Rock´n´Roll on fire.

They released their debut album The Fire Inside in 2014.
