Biography
Finding inspiration in her hearts sound and the oceans waves, Xoe Wise, original singer songwriter recently moved from the east coast to Michigan State University in order to pursue music. She grew up steps away from the beach, feeling the salt, hearing the water and when her heart filled up with these dreams and feelings she let these waves going through her break onto what is now her music. She not only lives for music but hopes to see others love and feel her passion. She played flute and did vocals for groups growing up and then touched up on guitar in 2008 where the composition of “Love, Sleep Sound” began. The songs she makes come from unrefined thoughts left for your ears and her best interpretation, anticipation, and patience involved in the surf of the outer banks, NC and newly lake Michigan waves. She has played throughout Michigan during the school years and returns home for festivals, boat parties, and waterfront acoustic shows in the summers. She has made appearances in the Lansing area including, the Michigan State University Union, Harpers Bar and grill, college radio stations and many more. She, as a solo artist, creates original acoustic and ukulele harmonies.From the East Coast to the cold lakes she and her music hope for you to crave sun and love through every note.

I have musical flaws, as well as life flaws. I am silly, and sometimes just too much of a cheesy person. I have learned though through everything Ive experienced, to not question and second guess so much…just sing, play, love, feel, listen, think, chat and take time to not think so much by doing what makes your thoughts real.
