Biography
Xytras is the side project of Xytras, the drummer, programmer, and keyboardist of the Swiss metal band Samael. Under this project, he recorded instrumental versions of most tracks from Samael's album "Passage" and two tracks from the EP "Exodus."
Xytras, who later adopted the name Xy and was previously known as Xytraguptor, is also the sole composer of the second half of Samael's double album "Era One & Lesson in Magic #1," contributing exclusively to the ambient and instrumental compositions on "Lesson in Magic #1."
