Yorick van Norden is a Dutch singer-songwriter. Between 2004 and 2013 he was in the band The Hype. He made three albums under his own name: Happy Hunting Ground (2015), The Jester (2018) and Playing By Ear (2021).
2018 also saw the release of Unsung Heroes, an album of cover versions by Anne Soldaat & Yorick van Norden. They tour together every once in a while, performing songs that are precious to them. A second Unsung Heroes album, Unsung Heroes Too, came out in 2019.
