Young Jack (满舒克; born December 29, 1990 in Qujing City, Yunnan Province, China) is a Chinese singer, rapper, songwriter, and model. He is also a graduate of Jimei University.
During elementary school he started listening to the music of the Korean group H.O.T, and then in junior high began listening to Eminem, he gradually gained more interest in music with more Hip-Hop and Rap influences, and became determined to become a rapper himself. When he was in his third grade at school he wanted to start a band, but he had no prior experience in creating music and could only play a minimal amount of piano, so he shelved the idea. In his third year of high school he wrote his first rap song, and later on his accepted to Jimei University, specifically Chengyi College, where he studied Food Science and Engineering; while attending university, he joined the music club there and began seriously working on his rapping.
In 2009, he released his first mixtape "YOUNG JACK" which marked his official debut as a rapper in the music industry.
