Shock-brigade of department of Latvian heavy electronics in action since the 2007 summer when Evgene (Jet Machinamentvm – voice, guitar, metal scrap, field recordings, sampling) and his sister-in-arms Ieva (Jetta or Oktobrine XIII – drums, metal tools, voice, sampling) trigged off the Cogwheel of total resistance.
