Zengineers are something like a syndicate. Out of a mutual faible for philosophy, far-eastern aesthetics, urbanity and the abundance of musical forms of expression, Julian "Phour Trakk" van den Boom and Pawel "Sick-E" Sickinger decided to form a duo which sets out to make the cinema superflous by means of music. Using stylistic elements from jazz, downbeat, drum'n'bass, ambient, world-music and pop, they project their epic silver-screen works directly into your conscience, reliably transporting you to exotic worlds with high humidity as well as cold concrete jungles illuminated by glaring neon-lights.
