Moka Kamishiraishi (上白石萌歌) is a Japanese singer and actress. She was born on 28 February 2000 in Kagoshima. She uses adieu as her singing stage name. She is the younger sister of Mone Kamishiraishi (上白石萌音). She likes singing, dancing, poetry, cycling, and photography.

She debuted in 2015 with ス・マ・イ・ル・ (S M I L E), the main theme for NHK Eテレ's Hanakappa. It was until 2017 when she began to adopt the name adieu, which originally meant to hide her real identity, while performing Narratage as the main theme for the same-titled movie.

She has first released her first EP adieu 1 in 2019, and then following by her first album adieu 2 2 years later.
