Anewhope was a melodic hardcore band founded in the fall of 2005 in Germany. In December of that year, the band released their EP, "Pretended Apologies", which sold out at live shows after just six months. From 2005 to 2007, Anewhope played over 80 shows, including a five-day tour through Turkey and a twelve-day tour of the UK.
