Biography
Billy Opel, who's real name is Erik Morell, is from the villige of Långlet, outside of Mora. As a 21-year old (2004) he released his debut album, "Kalasä i Långlet". He sings in folk dialect and 10 of the 15 songs he has composed himself.
Billy Opel is also known as "Tyll" and "Mora-Nisse", though Mora-Nisse is also the name of a famous cross-country skier from the town called Mora. "Skatar-Idioti" and "Volvo 142" are a few of the songs he released known as Tyll or Mora-Nisse.
