Biography
In the tradition of "Power Duos" Hall and Oates, Loggins and Messina, Seals and Crofts, and Tenacious D, CHUFF has risen from the boggy marsh of Abbotsford, British Columbia.
The CHUFF sound is built upon Loran and Matt's caveman-like zeal for music (loud guitars, huge drums, droning bass-synth, scruffy harmonies) and is framed by lyrics that express whatever CHUFF is digging at the moment (high-fives, space travel, sex).
So far, the self-proclaimed "Synth-grunge power-duo" has released two online singles. Currently, the band is hard at work on their next project: A full-length album that includes a multi-song dedication to the country CHUFF calls home…Canada.
