Biography
lucy heart star is a singer-songwriter who explores relationship with self, other, world and god (all the same thing, right?). While sometimes facing the darkest moods, her songs remain primarily hopeful (One of These Days), and often hit unabashedly upbeat/celebratory notes (Joyful Sound). Mostly doing the folk guitar & vocal thing, with eclectic cover forays in many other directions, including reggae (Say Thank You) and rescues of hopelessly new age-y stuff (All Is Welcome Here).
Her 2007 debut album is available at on her website, including three songs borrowing heavily from Hafiz.
