Watanabe began his musical journey in 1998 under the alias KAKUSEIKI THE MIDI ANARCHIST. In 2003, m1dy released his debut album, SPEEDCORE DANDY XXX, which showcased his unique blend of high-velocity beats and pop sensibilities.
