Biography
Partial is the experimental duo of Noé Cuéllar (Coppice) and Joseph Clayton Mills (Haptic). They released one album, 'LL', on Another Timbre in spring 2014. It contains "music made from objects found in the basement of a thrift store in Pilsen, Chicago."
