Biography
Seamen was a short lived punk band from suburban Vancouver B.C. Canada.They were a young groupof guys joined by Tom Shields,a veteren of the Van scene, in the early 90's.With the help of Bill Crapelle,the Dayglo Abortions soundman/manager,and Andy Jak, Seamen released their 8 song ep "Liqour Face" on Andy Jaks label, Bad Robots.Great reveiws and cool shows with the likes of The Dayglo Abortions,Tenderloin,The Deisel Queens,Shutdown and Gob couldn't keep the band together.Shortly after recording their 2nd ep "backpackswalletchains&pepperspry" egos ran amuck and Seamen broke up.To purchase a copy of either Seamen recording contact Tom at dinknut@gmail.com
