beautiful, moving and at times dramatic tunes constructed from simple instruments, vocals and many found sounds. chilled and ambient, even melancholy, but with a restrained aggression like some post-punk, post-rock ambient dream. truly different. hear more on MILESHALPIN.COM and get a cd of the whole album on a PAY WHAT YOU WANT basis (i was doing this before radiohead!). you can send cash or a cd or a nice pebble, a seashell, or a stick … just something good.
