Biography
Anthony Sanudo and Jared Palomar were on a mission to find the right singer. The San Diego natives combed through Los Angeles, auditioning nearly 15 different artists for their project. Eventually, through a mutual friend, that search led Sanudo to Montana transplant Dan Murphy. The trio had years songwriting and self-production experience between them, and after a few short writing sessions, it was obvious the three had chemistry in the studio. The group spent a year writing and performing concerts and radio shows with Shaun White’s band Bad Things before creating their own project in the summer of 2016 – The Aftershow.
The Aftershow released their self-recorded debut EP – “Give Up” – in January 2017. Thier anthemic single “Collide” was featured on MTV and quickly climbed it’s way to #18 on Spotify’s US Viral 50. The band’s fun, energetic, indie/electro sound has been heard on many national television networks and ad campaigns.
