Biography
The Pesty Mawgans were an excellent brother/sister scruffcore duo from Bodmin, UK, consisting of Jonathan Higgs and Abi Higgs. They were operational from 2002 to 2005, during which time they released three EPs and a compilation of live stuff and oddments. On/off members included Rob Howard, Richard Davies (aka Men Diamler) and Matthew Baker (aka Stray Leats).
Jonathan has also been a member of the Cervical Moral Bears and The Elronds, while Abi played drums for the Shaggy Parasols. Both Abi and Jonathan (as How To Spot A Communist) have released solo records.
In February 2010, a Mawgans reunion was announced.
