Never heard this band but I love them just for the song titles!

A Guide For The Daylight Hours is so awesome. Scotland really does contain some amazing musicians.

This guy sings the poutiest, bitchiest, most emo shit in my library but it doesn't seem entirely so with that Scottish accent and guitar somehow. I struggle to praise this in the positive, even though I want to. That's good.

Why didn't I listen to them sooner?

They just posted a demo from 1999 of "I Hate Scotland" on their bandcamp, name your price. The guitar isn't as prominent and the lyrics are basically spoken, cool stuff.

Seconding the below. Even squeezed uncomfortably on the end of an over-full pew it was by far and away the best set I saw, no question. The encores rather appealed to my peurile side too; comic for the venue.

They are amazing! I started listening to them when I was in Växjö (Sweden) as Erasmus (2003). By the way, they have a song called Welcome to Växjö, does anyone know what they have to do with Växjö?
