House of God was started in January 1993 by Chris Hog, Surgeon, Sir Real & Paul Damage. Named after a seminal electro 12" by D.H.S., House of God was intended to be an antidote to the cheesy hardcore and house nights that relied on fashion or star djs rather than musical content to make a good party.
