i heard this great song today! it was kind of sad, and i wrote down 'every word seems to feel like you're choking' with a red sharpie on my hand. i looked it up on google when i got home with no results. im wondering if maybe i misheard the lyrics but im desperately hoping someone here knows what im talking about?? thanks for any help!

Please someone help me figure out this song. It runs in the rotation that start out with oldies but then has cool songs like Hong Kong Garden and She Bangs the Drums. The first lyrics are "surprise, surprise, surprise", then throughout lyrics that repeat like: "you rise, you rise, you rise" and "relax,relax, relax", the refrain "If I could, you know I would".

The song is called darkness by suntalk. The song they play in store is different than the one on you tube. I messaged the band I suppose on fb and asked if there was a different version and the person said yes and he would find it for me.

July 2nd 7:00pm-7:15 Walgreens played this great song sort of sad guitar melody from the intro and then played throughout the song. Either is Alternative, or maybe a ballad by a Hard Rock/Metal band, during the chorus "only one" appears in lyrics but was unable to find the song by those lyrics alone. The store wasn’t playing it loud enough, and the guys singing style sounded a little indistinct. Anyone know this song?

I work at a Walgreens in Chattanooga. They play a modern day alternative song that will not shazam or sound hound and I tried googling the lyrics with no luck.
