Came here for the German new wave band.

They're apparently still working on a new album, as far as I know. As of June 2015 at least.

Cameo >>> Sacred Geometry. The songwriting should have been much better.

love the new LP.

There are some elements that Sacred Geometry shares with Cameo. Most notably percussion--but it is most definitely different. More synth, dark wave, and soundtrackey. I guarantee it will grow on you....It took a couple of listens for it to really stick. There are moments on Ruin (the bonus track) where they really remind me of a latter day Eurythmics.

I don't think it sounds much like cameo at all. The vocals are more upfront. It's less hazy and has much cleaner production. It has a kinda 80s pop vibe too. I dunno.... maybe it'll grow on me.

Finally! Sounds good too; dreamy and with a delicious bass, same vein as Cameo.

the brooklyn duo (trio?) make excellent, atmospheric shoegaze tunes!

I'm glad my obsession with the Cameo EP is topping all the lesser Zaza's.

So I downloaded the Cameo EP from ZAZA's website (the Brooklyn duo) and I find myself unable to stop listening to it. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on more recordings by these guys?
