No plans... there isn't a lot that goes on in the rural area I live in. Plus I'm not exactly good at making plans that are further than five minutes ahead of time. Last year I think I read a book through New Year's Eve, but I fancy doing something more active this time. How about you? Any special Leeds events?

Christmas was nice, but it's messed with my sleep patterns. Holiday always makes me oversleep. Unfortunately Last.fm doesn't have a piebox, though to be honest, the amount of actual shouting I do through these is fairly minimal. I'd imagine boxes are pretty ineffective at containing shouts in general - baked goods would be far more appropriate.

Yeah, Los Campesinos! were really special that day... I'd seen them before but they weren't nearly as good as they were at Constellations. Did you enjoy Christmas? I'm making mincemeat - I'd offer you a mince pie if it'd fit through the shoutbox.

I was there - I thought it was amazing. The music scene in Leeds is just so friendly... I don't normally feel able to talk to others at concerts but it was just so easy. So many smiling faces by the end. I thought Local Natives and Los Campesinos! were both wonderful, though I wish I could have seen Les Savy Fav too...

Ah, you're so lucky to be in Leeds! I love that city so much, I wish I could visit more often. Did you enjoy Constellations?
