Buenos dies senorita Fantria, y'all baskin' in da sun ? Warmer here, yippee ! I am stoked to hear that you like Unquiet Nights, one of the band members is in my friends list, friendly lad too. Social Distortion has a cool feel/sound, I thank you for leading the blind (slightly inzane 2) ha ha. I bought the R.I.P. and Punishment For Decadence, Coroner albums, good, will back track for " Mental Vortex ". Metal is awesome, I have a greater closeness to the old original, it's what got me from there to here so I have love it. Newer metal bands do have some serious sounds to add, it is just sorta listen and if you like let 'er rip. I have a friend who is heavy into all of the bands you mentioned, this allowed me to check out the newer " steel ". Of these I do have Avenged Sevenfold, Five Finger Death Punch. several albums, a couple from the others. I find them interesting, but my "old" ways lean me to my long time metal friends more often. Runnin' outta room, will continue, ha ha ... RocK ON

Howdy, Fantria ! I am over-revving to hear from y'all. So you've gone walk-about, cool, picked a sweet bunch of places to hit. I'm just hangin' out here in the Arctic, -6 * F, which is warm today, more snow comin'. I have been into another frenzy of seek and acquire. Heavy harvest of artists, a bunch of old 70's onwards Southern rock ( Molly Hatchet, Doc Holliday, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Copperhead), metal ( Slayer, Powerwolf, Tesla, Suicidal Tendencies, Fastway, Bruce Kulick, Mystic Prophecy), the new AC-DC & Pink Floyd albums, some stoner music (The Heads, Blue Pills, Ramses). I have listened to a lot of bands with female lead vocals, only picked up After Forever, Delain, Nemesea, Minnie Driver & Anastacia. I getting tons of music on Google + from many a music lover, all genres. Were you just takin' some time to keep from goin' insane from work, hopefully there are still people buyin' vinyl and CD's. I still have to hit this used vinyl/Cd store here, find lots there. Well, keep ROCKIN' ON !

Howdy Fantria, my kindred music lover, I have been all over the place. Finally sat my ass down to give you a shout ... how goes the battle ? I was on another seek and purchase mission to HMV in our mega-mall WEM, notables Deathangel, Uriah Heep, W.A.S.P., April Wine, Hell Yeah, & Avenger. Spending lots of time on Google +, kinda whack. Will have to check out some more music here, people post some stuff I haven't heard, pretty good too. I was going to ask you, how do you set up the About Me column, still haven't figured it out ? I have been pretty tame here, no wild times. Well, I hope you rockin' wild & crazy, drop a shout, crank it loud, and ROCK ON !!

Howdy my great friend Fantria, sorry I been all over the place, but I is back to Earth. I went on a buying spree again, bought more Jimi I didn't have, H.I.M., Alice In Chains, Whitesnake, Queensryche, Rammstein, Hell Yeah, Testament, Virgin Steele, Skidrow, the list goes on. Stumbled on a fledgling Canadian band Street Pharmacy, cool poppy reggae sound. Finally found and played Frostfang, kinda late 70's Sabbath like, except pumped up heavier, f*ckin' awesome, gonna buy it if I can find it (out of luck on eBay, iTunes can't figure genre ?). Have you been tuning in to anymore cool stuff, I will have to check fritz and the tantrums, you're always leading me in excitin' directions. Well have a great weekend, Fantria, don't be a stranger, love bumpin' heads. ROCK ON ! ! !

Howdy Fantria, I am a little lost tryin' to find "Frost Frog" & "jman", will adjust search differently. I just got pre-order Ace Frehley 's "Space Invader " it has that rock spirit and sound of his solo album from 1979 Kiss mixed to "Trouble Walkin' ". I listened to J.P.'s " Redeemer Of Souls " 3 times over the weekend and it has balls & grit to it . Thumbs up horns high. Also, The Tired & True "Secnarios " is kickin' , not much into rap but listened to my new buy of 2Pac " Me Against The World " led to MJG "No More Glory " . I can dig it. Well, I'll let u go, enjoy the music, I'm trippin' out to so many shades of music. ROCK ON !

Howdy Fantria, for the last 4-5 days I was thinking of shout 'n at ya (smile), of course in a good way. I have been busy, got lured into Google +, I am near addicted to all the wild stuff that's there. Could be someone there (lots of music lovers I rattle sabres with, but honing in on metal heads), or our happy community of last.fm music luva 's connecting the dots to you from me (sounds like a song) . I will check out "frost fang" & "jman", I love to taste the wine from a new vine. Free downloads are great, if I like it a lot I will buy, and yes I think a fair whack of listeners here have more than shared music. Same principle though as mentioned, I have bought more music since I hooked up in the last 2 years than I have in 25 years. If my resources were more formidable I would be at double the rate easily. Back to contacts,I think that others approach me or through me, because I am open to the public, almost no restrictions, and what I say in genuine Jimmy, no smoke, no mirrors.

Howdy Fantria, thanks for the encouragement. I am feelin' better, head cleared, now lots of work & stuff to tackle. I haven't listened to Godsmack, I'll take it in my truck this afternoon. The vacation seems to fly by, great to be free of the yoke and do what ya want. I still have PC's to fix, takes time, time to slip away on the sonic magic carpet ride... Need to take Steppenwolf & The Doors with me too. Enjoy the rest of yer time, keep on Rockin' fantastic Fantria.

Howdy Fantria, nice to hear from y'all. Sure is nice to get away from it with vacation time, sorta reset one's processor... shit I'm getting geeky on ya. I need some some King Diamond or Metallica "Kill 'em All", straighten me out. I know what you mean, Motorhead is great, but each of us has our special "frequencies". It is cool that someone is willing to offer you deliverance, I know I get so pumped I go corona-like. A close buddy who wields his axe, loves Pantera & Down, which kinda makes me too aggressive at times, without mention may never have got into it as much. Bought new Godsmack yesterday as my "temple" was closing, have listened yet, shitty flu drainin' me ( and f*ck'n migraines of which I am diagnosed lifer). In general, just tryin' to listen to all I bought, quite a lot. I lost my main PC a month or so ago, so I have been filling other two with what used to be in my library. Well have a fun & great time, keep it loud & ROCK ON !

Howdy Fantria, yes I bought it a week ago, they still shred and thrash damn well. I went crazy this month and bought a pile of music, tryin' to catch up and listen to it all. A very enjoyable task indeed. How goes the record store ? Still some music-heads like me buyin' lots of Lp's & Cds? Well stay cool (out of the sun, it is high 90's here with high humidity) turn on, tune in and ... ROCK ON !

Howdy Fantria, that's cool, I can only think of J.P. with new album " Redeemer Of Souls". Lots more I'm sure but I am sorta having an atomic detonation of sorts, get to rev'd up for more than I can sometimes handle. I think I will have to rediscover all the wicked stuff I already have. Hang ten, enjoy the music and Rock ON.

I checked out "New Low", and it's good. Cool sound + lyrically really good. I can relate your almost feeling like some (well written) songs almost seem to be made just for you. That is another reason why I love music so much, it is sometimes easier to express oneself to others via song/verse. That is real cool that you did write some poetry, I did that back from high school on to occasionally later times when things were all mixed up/stressed out in "A-Dult-Hood". Sometimes playing sports didn't allow me to work junk out of my system. Well take care, drop a shout again, cool chattin' with y'all. Rock On !

Howdy Fantria, it sure is funny how things sort of fall into place. A guess, Charlie Watts, as drummer, (?) It is really interesting how some bands, suddenly find themselves or the audience finds them. Alice In Chains was probably not in the right element, they weren't heavy duty thrash like the others. It takes a lot of fortitude(balls) to put up with being dumped in like a side thought, not too mention unpleasant reactions leveled at one's efforts. Hey they believed in themselves and look what they have done, not bad at all. Jimi Hendrix must have been a real slice, aside from his playing he had some real deep and enlightening ideas, Morrison too.

Howdy Fantria, wild. I still love my vinyl, 'my precious' Smeegle (Lord of Rings). I also have a large amount of CD's, I still like having the physical source, digital can be washed away by a virus, or some other calamity. I checked a few songs from Suicidal Tendencies, I like them, some real cool guitar work, and lots of energy. Middle Class Rut was different, I only listened to two songs, I will give 'em some more listens, promising though. I was born in the mid 60's but too young to grasp it all. Did hear on the radio sudden news flash, Beatles broke up for good, and was unfortunately around to hear Jimi, Janice, Jim leaving us. I was into The Who, Cream, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Free, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Alice Cooper, David Bowie, Queen, Kiss and on. What a blast. Then the 80's new wave and of course ... NWOBHM, Saxon, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, sorry I could ramble on ( Led Zeppelin was another favourite) . Anyways, take care & ROCK ON !

I near forgot, Overkill is a great band, they deliver it big time. I don't why they didn't garner more attention, maybe their record company & promotion wasn't as heavy. But there music does the talkin' for me. They are great to get me amp'd up to do some serious work. Oh yeah, Dio is a mega metal god vocalist, R.I.P., opens the doors to another realm. Rock On Fantria.

Howdy Fantria, back from the other dimension, sorry I am sometimes wack in the coconut. Waylon Jennings " I've always been crazy but it keeps me from going insane", ole country rebel. I will definitely check out Social Distortion, Middle Class Rut, and oh yeah ZZ Ward. I actually bought her CD in January 2014, it is good, interesting feel. It is great to hear that you know of "my precious" vinyl. Back in the 1990's I was up to 1000 + vinyl albums, but I had to move around for work so I stupidly sold more than half of the them off. I am happy to see a sort of rebirth (phoenix rising) of them again, always loved the big album cover art. So I take it you work with tons of music, that would be rather enjoyable. I am a music junkie, it is truly a universal language that everyone could tap into. Here's a couple: Blood Ceremony & Witch Mountain - to check out if you like. Kinda early 70's stoner rock. Well stay loose & ROCK ON .

Howdy Fantria, greetings from the other world. I like your slogans/mottos, especially Jim Morrison's. One more for you " hey man, I don't know what's gonna happen, but I want to kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames" . Thanks for the nod, cool diversity of music you got goin' , ever heard Deliverance, The Executioner ? Thrash metal. Wow 347,000 + listens, any suggestions who to check out, I like experimenting for new music. ROCK ON !
