i don't know if we actually /saw/ doomtree, but i must have remembered the previous dream, because in my next, we were beside a railway station somewhere, a big group of people all around us, and i told you: "sophie! i had a dream last night that we went to copenhagen to see doomtree together!" but of course, i was still dreaming here. somebody who looked exactly like jay walked past us both. you pointed him out and asked "isn't that..." and so i waved at him, but it... wasn't him. and he looked confused. and i woke up.

hi soph. last night i had two (2) dreams. in the first dream, you and i went to copenhagen together to see doomtree. we walked along a very wide street not dissimilar to digbeth, toward the building where we were staying. inside, it was incredibly narrow, with ladders between each floor. our rooms were each tiny, with only enough space for a bed; each had a little, four-paned window overlooking the street. moving around the house felt like climbing a treehouse, it was great.

P.S. (and actually more important) Nell said I could stay on her sofabed on my second weekend in London which I accepted because I didn't want to impose myself on you for two successive weekends (unfair) and because I figured it'd be better just to go back with her after the ballet (plebs) rather than you having to wait up for me and basically I just felt guilty for you. BUT we +a few people from twitter (none of which I really know) are going to the Maritime Museum in Greenwich on Saturday, to see the this which I'm really excited about and if you wanted to come too that would be awesome<3 It'd be Saturday 16th I guess. Cool.

Thanks for your email Soph. Guess I'll just catch a tube to the nearest station and walk the distance (shouldn't be too bad, right?) (which is best?) also RE: friday. Nell and Andreas want to meet ~6ish, so I guess maybe we wouldn't have time for dinner anyway (I will use the free time I have to find something/eat something I've brought with me). ERM. Should I still meet you out of work to say hello/exchange formalities/important information? I feel like that would be best but maybe you have a much better idea? Also: I agreed to see my friend for coffee at 3PM on Saturday; but the rest of my time is ALL YOURS.

HI SOPH. My train supposedly gets into Mary Le Bon at 15:00ish; but there is apparently disruption between Leamington and Banbury, so I might be later than that. Either way; I'll probably arrive before you finish work for the day. I thought maybe I could meet you outside your work and if you wanted, go for a meal somewhere? (Do you know somewhere nice? Do you want to?) I only wondered if it might be difficult to go back to your place before getting back into central London for the tate stuff (to which you are DEFINITELY still invited). I don't know. It's kind of annoying timing and stuff; maybe you have a better idea? I don't know. My train home is at 17:00 on Sunday (I hope that's okay?). AND YES CESCA. I had promised her I'd teach her. We'll find some time, yeah? I hope so. I need some time to see another friend on Saturday for coffee (I feel SO GUILTY for going to London to see you but actually just seeing loads of other people as well; I hope you forgive me).
